My wife and I needed a quick installation before Christmas because our grandchildren were coming to visit us. Tyler came through with a colorful installation right before their visit. In the springtime we needed to upgrade our landscape lighting. Tyler worked with us making improvements to the overall aesthetic of our yard. We had a lighting controller that he didn’t typically use. He suggested we change it out, but the economics worked against that suggestion. So as we expanded our landscape lighting he concluded we needed a second controller. His installation was terrific but every now and then depending on the air temperature the lights would flash. He spoke to Kichler who gave him one way to fix it, he spoke to the controller manufacturer who pointed the finger at the lights and their dimming mechanism. Tyler independently concluded that the issue was a load issue on a transformer. He rigged a test to check out his thesis. It worked and we couldn’t be happier. Tyler is pleasant to work with, he knows what he’s doing. He is willing to learn and grows as he focuses on his customer. He sticks with issues until they’re solved. Upon our initial meeting, it was clear Tyler was very personable, and interested in designing a specific and gorgeous lighting plan for our home. He was very easy to work with also, taking our considerations, desires and budget into account. Upon deciding upon a design, it wasn't long (about 2 weeks) before the lights were placed, and beautifully lit up our entire front house! I and my husband are very pleased, with not only his expertise but also quick text and phone call responses which is exceptional service in this day and age! He also "knows his stuff" about the lighting business, and won't try to sell you things that won't look good. He is also a hard worker, done in a day!
